Is 5am to early for a glass of wine?
Went to bed at 4pm and got up at 1am so i guess it is the equivalent of lunchtime.
My sore throat and swollen glands has turned into sneezing and runny nose now too - yuk. Spiggy 
has a runny botty and has chewed a big hole in his leg

I often wonder this as I'm going to bed at 9am. I love a glass or three before bed but don't fancy it at 9am. If your body would like some you should give it some
