its i dont mind saying........recently been diagnosed as having fibromyalgia no cure or treatment the docs say.......

im hun what exactly is it ??

its a bit like artritus but instead of affecting the bones its the muscles and ligaments it affects...........very painful and no cure or treatment for it has pain killers just dont work...........as ive already found out im just being weaned off morphine now which the docs put me on as an effort at some relief.

yep but i get good and bad days im getting there slowly having to change my diet like right now im slowly weaning off caffienne cos apparently that has an effect on the fibro too

a lot better than i was at first, having to change my lifestyle and what i eat and drink just cut out caffiene cos apparently that has an effect on my condition so im now on decaff coffee and coke

well as long as you are not worsening the condition

a lot of it is trial but no im not making the condition worse just trying out different things to see if it makes it better
