h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I have an appointment at the dentist,
not that i dislike dentists I would just prefer to avoid them if possible

Kham and I have moved in with the mother in law for the time being, which means we've had to change doctor and midwife
the new midwife seems very nice and generally happy woman, which is good. the doctor seems a little absent minded and perhaps overworked


there seems to be a general inability for people to take my blood, which is a shame because thats all people seem to want to do these days.
well that and the other... but well

generally tiered, i herd you were meant to feel more energetic but well not everything you hear is true...
we bought a pram/car seat
one of those one's where the two can clip together
so far I'm quite pleased the pram folds down rather small and is quite light where as the car seat seems easy enough to move in and out

and we ordered a cot-bed

My sympathy. I had to have my tooth pulled on Friday. Cost me £50 for the privilege too!

How's things with Kham and the baby-to-be?

teeth were fine
but the cot took forever to put together
silly flat pack thing
we need to get a hook to attach the mobile to
things are going well with occasional random mood swings and days when you just don't want to face the world
we purchased a pram to so thats us pretty much set
*sigh*
now all we need is the baby

Well surely that's all taken care of eh?

How long left?

due date is 10/02/08 but she keeps telling me it is going to be 2 more weeks

well living in the same house as our three year old nephew resting time can sometimes be a little further back in the priority list,
but i'm doing well

midwifes appointment on Wednesday
and a meeting with my tutor on Thursday which just so happens to be joe's birthday

looking for a hook to attach a mobile to
i have a mobile but no hook
and the only hooks i can find come with mobiles

may just have to attach it to the ceiling

When's his birthday? I hit 27 today...seems like only yesterday since I was 26

many happy returns TB, stop there though mate, 27 is old enough for men

he will be 24 on Thursday
I've ganged up with his mum and gotten him a surprise
