Intro
I'll start out by saying that I've never known what to write about when I've been asked to write introductions. I sit, I stand, I ponder, and sooner or later I give up and write something down. Never have I ever been able to write a complete introduction that I feel truely represents me. Those who are reading this are about to find out that this is one of those cases.
I am a fairly simplistic man. I live my life day to day and try to live in each moment. This doesn't mean, though, that I don't reminisce about the past (because I do quite often). I am a man who lives his life to make others happy. This may sound like I'm not living my life and I guess in a way it is true. I will do my best to cheer people up and offer my advice when they seek it. I've been known to stay up way past my bed time to listen. It is seeing someone happy that truely brings about the pleasure of being alive within me.
I love writing. I guess that is a bit obvious, since I have joined up for this website, but it's true. I've been writing since my early childhood. However, I tend to write more fictional pieces than non-ficition. I also have a hard time with finding a topic (such as an essay topic, or a research paper topic). I hope to improve my writing because I know for a fact it isn't perfect -- and probably never will be.
Let's see.. what else? I am single and always have been. I don't really care. As when people ask me why I'm single I respond with a general "because I am". I am in no hurry.
