Zepideh or what parents can do to you by picking flashy names
The reason why I chose ZEPIDEH as a name is that it sort of became an alias without me intending it to be. When my mother was pregnant, she and my father could not agree upon a name for the child, should it be a girl (which I am). The boy's name was easy, all my cousins are called REZA and I would -of course- not have been the exception to this rule. So my father's worst suggestion on the matter actually was ZEPIDEH, a name that kept amusing my friends during the years altough my parents finally chose a not too common and not too exotic 4-letter name you can pronounce properly in many languages.
So, I am curious now to find out what names you can think of for (your) children - what do you consider a good name and why?
Looking forward to your replies.
Take good care
Z.
