Dear Terran,
Myst suggested to me that I ask you for the position of "Director of Terranic Intelligence." I hold the position currently in "the Flight of Deadelus" and Myst seemed to think that I would be a good selection for the job in the nation of Terrania. Thanks for considering.

Sorry, I've just noticed this thread. I think there are already a number of people with positions of intelligence (loosely speaking 
). Though I'm sure you would be able to get a position within intelligence. I have thought about setting up a division solely for intelligence, but I haven't discussed it with anyone else yet. You may also want to discuss it with Rimmer and Spook (as they usually take offense when I do things on my own).

I would welcome a position of intelligence (haha!). I doubt Rimmer would see any reason to not give me such a position, but spook, well, lets just say I got drawn into the fued between Myst and spook, and I was on Myst's side. (but two votes against one is good enough for me.
Shall I broch the subject with them?

Yes I agree with them. You may want to look at who you would want in your select group.

Well, You if you want. Myst, Craxus, Jade would all do well. RMF/Art Vandaly might do well. Yankee-shoes and Lews Therin Telamon might do well aswell. if you have any suggestions on others for the group, I'm welcome to them
