Brief Intro to the Weird & Wonderful Pastimes of Marcus Aurelius
:)Hello & Welcome to this little corner of DNA where you'll get a quick idea of Marcus Aurelius and his perculiar habits.
Beware the Star-Bubbles! Duh-Duh-Duuuhhhhh.....
Firstly it should be noted that this post refers to the h2g2 researcher known as Marcus Aurelius, and not the famous Emperor of ancient Rome. This is a light-hearted look at Researcher 200419 and not a summary of the personal interests of some old dead guy who took a passing interest in stoic philosophy. That WOULD be weird.
Marcus Aurelius is presently describing himself as "An amateur historian, casual philosopher and part time student at the University of Life". This is intended merely to give a hint at the direction his strange little mind is currently taking, and the personal achievements of his soul and intellect to date. These achievements can best be summarised by the word 'promising'.
Marc is an Englishman studying Accounting in Florida. Despite this he manages to retain a certain sense of fun and his own strange brand of humour. Thus achieving the impossible he finds it very difficult to concentrate on the mundane. Life is fleeting, he thinks, and therefore is comprised of many ships. Is that right? *consults notes*
Marc plays chess very badly, and monopoly quite well. He recently discovered a natural ability at volley ball of all things and is not quite sure what to make of it. Such things, he feels, should not happen. They feed his ego, inflate his head and attract the attention of Certain Doom. Marc is not particularly fond of Certain Doom. He has bad breath and BO. Certain Doom that is, not Marc. Marc has bad teeth but keeps them clean and showers at least once every day.
I'm sorry to say that I have not yet finished this Brief Intro. I'm terribly sorry, ladies and gentlemen. Please return at a later date or perhaps leave me a note if you like. Why not keep my brain in gear with your questions and maybe post some philosophical arguements just to confuse me?
Thanks for Reading!
