Nice page. Enjoyed the top 10 list on the provinces. Maybe you should think of a top three for the territories. 10 provinces, top 10. 3 territories, top 3. See there is logic here. Completely of the top of my head here, in reverse order, is one for the Yukon.

Yukon tips. You can tell summer is near when you drive past big RV's towing an SUV on your way downtown. You can tell it's winter when there are no RV's and you recognise everyone.

Inbetween everything else I'm trying to do I've done a couple more lists. I've also redone the Yukon top three in the spirit of being nice to Toronto (did I just say that?) due to their problems.
So, Yukon.
1. It's the Yukon!
2. Lead Dog Ale.
3. It's as far from the lower 48 states as you can get.

Nunavut
1. It's socially acceptable to wear fur.
2. Who needs a freezer?
3. Tourists? What are tourists?

Northwest Territories
1. Polar bear licence plates.
2. People will pay you in order to get frostbite whilst trying to see animals.
3. No need to see a jeweller to get diamonds.

I'm not entirely certain about the NWT ones, except the polar plates. Feel free to use them if you like.
Now I have try and find my desk, I'm sure it's under this paper somewhere.
