Lead would not dissolve quick enough to cause lasting effects on the animal unless the ball was too big to pass through the digestive system, or there was a danger of aspirating the mouseball. Can you tell I've been to the vet today?

I donno what the circumstances where I wasn't there when she was at the vet, we were given the choice of 1. expensive operation or 2. a wait and then a expensive operation.

Or take the dog and run, and just remain in denial. Of course that's a bit rough on the dog unless she's in denial as well.
