i sent a copy of that letter to everyone who has an activemail address, who is on my list.
so tony got a copy as well.
he has mentioned it to me that you have been in touch with him.
i tried to explain to him what is happening as he doesnt come in here very often and i must have confused him as he hasnt got back to me yet

Hello Helen, nice to meet you too, I think Tony is aware of whats happening i've been trying to keep him updated.. It's funny but I asked him in my e-mail tonight to tell you that I had posted the address in h2g2, I had thought that you were a digibox only user at the time and I bump into you in this thread, small world..

doesn't anyone have the problem where the h2g2 link they have on e-mail is totally dead and doesn't respond at all? Some people have been saying they can get on messageboards... huh!

"cleans mess made by all this throwing... but doesn't mind one iota..."
Yep, my old links are dead and won't take me anywhere...
But the one with the "back key" can take me to my page... I just can't access any convos or anything else on here with it for the moment...

Will definitely let you know of any development [for research and study purposes of course] on that front...
Expect an email in your Activemail account regarding an alternative [and temporary] facility regarding digibox users staying in touch any time now...
Talk soon...

Loup, thanks for that will look forward to it, i'm getting just a bit p'd off with these condescending s in the main thread, i'm sick of seeing 'these people' 'digibox individuals' 'the ghetto part of h2g2' 'has something happened on h2g2?' etc. etc. etc., I could go on ranting for hours! I'm having trouble containing myself that if I did venture a post I fear i'd be barred for life.
If this 'research' doesn't come to fruition i'm afraid I really don't fancy staying on a site where i'm obviously not wanted, as my punctuation, syntax and spelling leave a lot to be desired at times!
I think Creachy is a star in all this and has the guts to say what he feels in his heart, of course when you talk to the heartless it's a bit like battering your head on a brick wall.
for the rant but maybe better here than elsewhere.

Don't worry about having a rant on my space... It is definitely welcome...
I can't stay long unfortunately as i've got a few things to check offsite [clue in the email which must have arrived in your Activemail account by now] before i go back to work tonight []...
Talk soon...

Everyone is welcome [well, apart two individuals _obviously_...]... And the more the merrier...
But, unfortunately names can only be added by mr manda and I... about that, one of these things with yahoo groups...
But, if you email me the usernames and email addies asap i can add as many as possible straight away...
Talk soon...

I noticed it was quite busy last night... I ticked on "daily digest" before going to work so that i could read something through my mobile during my breaks at work... And i got TWO of them...
Still haven't managed to read all the posts though..
But it was nice to read your postings guys even so i couldn't post myself [well, i could have emailed something from the mobile but it would have been only a few words] but i will try to make up for it today...
The email seems to be ok now...
I will post to the group later on, but first i have to add a few more people...
I might put something on my page and the h2g2/Lders Space's one so that those who have friends among the digibox users can let them know about it...
Talk later...
