Hi Kat 
The last 2 weeks I've been away from Hootoo and the internet because I couldn't get my "windows 10" to open 
and it would NOT let me do a system restore
or even reinstall windows 10 ?
My son took my pc tower to a repair shop and it turned out to be my hard drive had "died" and I had to have a new one installed.
But alas! That made me lose loads of stuff 
I can't get my email set up to "transfer" addresses from a saved file ????
So sweetheart
could you please email me from the various "accounts" you have, so I can write them back into my address book (and also write them on PAPER
)in case of future problems
