I hate crowded shops too ! In fact, I suffer from agoraphobia, and so just can't cope with going shopping. My hubby's one in a million as he does all the shopping! He deserves a medal, he's a real !

The weather here's turned driech (wet and windy) , I wouldn't mind so much if we were getting thunder and lightning, as I to watch the spectacular effects! I really hate strong winds though , and with this maisonette that was just thrown up and poorly built, everything shakes! The whole building!

....if my guess is right, wasn't the worst winter on record 1963? My sister was born in February of that year, and I remember the stories from my mother about how bad it was. In fact, she said that the bus she'd been on while 8 months pregnant, slid and turned over! Luckily, amazingly, no-one was hurt! Imagine that! ... if I've inadvertantly made you older than you are!

I also suffer from agrophobia and when I am shopping in crowded supermarkets and shopping centres I always get lost and find everything takes 4 times longer which causes me to panic.

Thanks, I think I will sleep better as I will have time to unwind before I go to bed.

Where I live sometimes it feels like the building is shaking. I like thunder and lightening as it is more entaining.

I do no not know if you are a Doctor Who fan but I have been keeping a close watch/ear or news of Doctor Who coming back in 2005. I saw the Doctor Who weekend at UK Gold and this is the first time since the late 80's since there has been any firm news of it coming back.

I used to Doctor Who when I was young! My favourite Doctors were John Pertwee and Tom Baker as I grew up watching them. In fact, it brings back wonderful memories of me sitting on the couch with my dear Gran watching it on a Saturday teatime. Of course, I had to have a cushion handy to hide behind for when the Cybermen made an appearance! *lol*

Who was your favourite Doctor(s), and your scariest alien?

I'm pleased they're bringing it back! Yay! Mind you, I most sci-fi's, especially ones like; Star Trek, Farscape, Babylon 5, etc. too many to remember!

I hope you are keeping well. It is a very sunny and clear day in Essex. I hope the weather is good where you are.

My two favourite are also Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker. My favourite alien was the dalek, I even had a toy dalek whe when I was a toddler.

I have just watched the Star Trek Nemesis video last night it is very good. The saddest thing was the death of Commander Data. But what was puzzling at the end of the film the brother of Commander Data started to sing "Blue Skies" a song that Commander Data sang at the weader of Deanna Trois and William Riker.

The weather here is rather ! Glad it's better where you are!

It's a wee while since I saw Star Trek: Nemisis, and my memory is terrible, so I can't exactly recall all that happened. I absolutely adore Patrick Stewart though ! I have a thing about voices, and his just makes me melt!

I have seen Patrick Stewart play in Dune and I think he played in Christmas Carol and as well as Mobey Dick.

He is a very good actor and I think he comes from County Durham.

I saw Patrick Stewart in A Christmas Carol, he was good as usual, but my absolute favourite version of that film has to be the one with the great Alastair Sim. I've kinda completed about half of it, but I'm really struggling to finish it, which is a shame as I've already had some really positive feedback on it.
