BTW....no-one else seems 2 know...so i will ask U...
snakes live in holes, their holes are distinguishable from and other animals holes, so how on earth does a snake dig a hole?

It was a theory of mine (as Morse would say), the best place to check would be in either books, here by accessing the BBC's Natural Historys page or the internet. I have also some books which I could check on.
