hey thanks! Iam actually very fine at the moment but its nice to talk to you.It was a very brief foray into a small depression but I recognised it was coming so got out fast.I have had two terrible depressions and I simply don't want to go there again.I find if I change my circumstances or stop worrying about them that I can stop the black cloud in its tracks.But hey according to the counsellor I went to see one things were real bad-its the price you pay for having a creative temperament.Apparently I suffer an incey bit from the manicdepressive thing but seeing as I don't drink or take drugs and try to avoid the caffeine nobody really notices!!! I'm currently having a lovely time and long may it last

Lowena I am find that with me me it is the weather that effects me. me. When it is dull for a long period it effects my mood and I tend end to be more depressed but when it is sunny and more bright then I am more cheerful.

I am very happy that you are happy.

ooh yes that horrible old SAD! I usually get that in January. I wish we could all get those special lamps on the national health

Lowena I have seen the special lamps demonstrated on Tommorrows World a few years ago but I know they are very expensive.
