Hi!
Just introducing myself to some new researchers. Well, not new as in "new to h2g2" but new to me! I've been around for awhile, and every now and again I like to meet researchers that I don't usually come in contact with in my regular threads. Makes life more interesting - don't you think?

Hi Michele!
That's quite the list of titles you have!
So, how did you find me? Random luck or did you read something I wrote?
Cheers!

I think I picked you off of the "who's online" list at 2:00 in the morning! Although you could also call it random luck. there's certainly not enough of it going round lately! Now that I think of it though.. it was your title that attracted me to you. After years of sewing and travelling. I ~STILL~ can't get the hang of folding those blasted sewing patterns or maps back the way they originally came!
And the titles? Yes well, they go along with the adventures!
So how long have you been a researcher Gordon? And what's your favorite part of h2g2?

I really should pay more attention to the bottom of the page. I didn't realize you'd replied.
So, random luck is cool! Not sure I can claim rights to folding sewing patterns, but in a pinch I could probably make do.
I think I've been here since July 2002. Favourite part of h2g2? Hmmm... a toss up between the people and the concept of Peer Review (even if I haven't put as many items through it as I should).
How about you?

Oh definitely the people!
I used to be subeditor, but had to let that go as my job got too hectic and I couldn't keep up with the number of entries they gave us each month. I have been playing around with being one of the artists, but dont know if I can commit to that yet.
But the friends I've made here in hootooland are wonderful!
