I know! I was like 'mmm, sexy man with voice and long hair' (having seen lord of the rings recently the long hair thing was getting me a bit) and then his name is Chad.

Don't ask me why, but was watching CD:UK the other day and Cat Deeley said that he'd just been voted Ugliest Man in Rock. I mean, what on is going on?!!!!

Can steer the conversation back onto Mr Kroeger in abit but first...Have just read Chain Stories and consequenses and it was brilliant!! Well done!
But more importantly, I think your me! You read Philip Pullman, JK Rowling, Terry Pratchett, Dean Koontz, Penguin Popular Classics, Tolkien and you like purple! You also like joining things and have had an entry in AGG/GAG (I was hunted down)
I'm amazed, and putting a link to you on my page. Nice to meet you.

Wow (must say it twice cos smiley is rubbish), hi me in another life.
I went to AGG/GAG and said 'look at me, look at me', but I did get into the Post without trying (I was writing stuff that was unsuitable then putting it in Peer Review).
Random question of the day to see if you are me:
Do you like Snape?

Pinwheel Pearl, GURU, Post Book Reviewer, Muse of Japanese Maples and Owlatron's Thundercat Posted Jul 26, 2002
He's quite cool, I feel a bit sorry for him actually. Course, JK could be double bluffing.

Catwoman Posted Jul 26, 2002
No, he's never going back. (I like Snape on film)
And Dumbledore's gonna die, but in doing so you-know-who will be weakened so that harry can take him (cos he's only a kid after all), thereby ensuring reasonably happy ending.
But he's not coming back, unlike some wizards who I saw in a preview of a certain film looking very interesting...

I think that when Dumbledore dies Harry will take over his role. We're just trying to work out how JK's going to kill Harry off.
Ron and Hermione are in love (as far as I'm concerned)

But do they know it? Hermione knows a lot more about what's going on than Ron, that's for sure. (can't wait to see what she looks like in film 4 - or Sirius Black in number three)
I don't think you're allowed to kill the main character in a kid's book, there's rules (and she doesn't seem to be in the mood to break them).

Well, she definitely said she would so her publishers wouldn't get her to write more HP's after the set had ended.
Were you disappointed...
Catwoman Posted Jul 30, 2002
Oh that's good. That'll cheer the hearts of the children, (don't kill harry! noooooooo!) publishers can't MAKE you write more.
There could be more, like, background stuff, but not continuation.
Okay, well as long as Hermione doesn't die, or Ron, or... (insert evryone cool here).

Don't you think that if you were called Chad you'd change your name to something that sounded more like a man with long hair and a voice?

I don't know.
I do like Fred&George. Have just purchased nos 1 and 2, (brother owns 3 and 4 even though he hasn't read them, he doesn't read) and am reminding myself how condensed the film was. F'rinstance, when Harry gets sorted into Grffindor, they start chanting 'we got Potter!'

A friend of mine was really disappointed that they cut out her favourite bit, when their singing the school song and everyone sings to a different tune with F and G finishing last because they've chosen a funeral dirge!

Is weird though, cos I absolutely love Snape in the film but he's different to in the book, more quietly menacing rahter than shouty (in book uses the word 'dunderheads').
Also I think Ginny looks cute, although Mrs Weasley looks less cuddly, and more like she smokes - I dn't know why but that's the impression that I got, which doesn't really fit.
What name are they gonna give no2 in america? The chamber of horrors, cos it sounds scarier?
