Actually, if I type it up it could make a decent guide article...hmmm...
for that thought!
All I need to do now is write it

That's what I did with my two first year essays in Astronomy.
Seriously though, I'd love a read of it when you're done. I could even proofread it for you before you hand it in . I mean it though- I always like to have a second pair of eyes read through my stuff before I hand it in, just in case I missed anything glaringly obvious.

Had to hand it in today... I much appreciate the offer, though I don't know quite how far off I was and there probably are a few silly spelling mistakes, but since my RS teacher can never remember how to spell "skillful" [which is an important word in realation to karma] it shouldn't matter too much
Good idea to recycle them as articles I did that to a year 9 piece on metitation

Next time we're online together, you can send it to me then
It's a good enough idea, so long as you're noto too worried about plagiarism.

I need to get it back and type it up first! I'm a traditional pen-and-paper gal, nothing feels quite right on screen for some reason.
Ack, that's why I wouldn't do it with anything I'd be submitting for coursework...that way I don't have to prove I did it!
Sorry...
TeaKay Posted Sep 25, 2004
Yeah yeah yeah... my handwriting looks like that of an alcoholic stoner squiggle- pen using arthritic spider.
I didn't use mine until well after I'd submitted and got a mark for it.

It can't be as bad as my past english teacher's... or my current science teacher's. He wrote "and...?" on one of my friend's work and it looked more like "anal..?"
Sorry...
TeaKay Posted Sep 26, 2004
It can be worse! I've always had notoriously bad handwriting. Dan's got distinctly girly handwriting. .
Lol, I bet that was just your mind...

It can't be as bad as some of the handwriting I've seen...
Does he dot his "i"s with hearts?
No, that's what Jess asked me. She said "Did he write 'anal' on my homework?"

Ooooh, beware circle-dotters... My studies in graphology tell me they have a tendancy to be untrustworthy
In that case, I guess she should be worried.

Existential Elevator Posted Oct 4, 2004
You probably didn't know that... That I'm a graphologist and a palmist.. and occasionaly read runes but mroe frequently consult the I Ching? Ooh, that reminds me, I need to find my runes. Don't I recall you telling me you had a Tarot deck?
Don't start... I've been bettling the entire weekend to get Monty Python's "Sit on my..." out of my head. I know I shouldn't have watched Monty Python DVDs all saturday
Sorry...
TeaKay Posted Oct 4, 2004
I didn't know that. Maybe you can read me some day. You probably do remember that- I do have a Tarot deck, and a pendulum, but I've never really used either.
Lol, it's a good song, though not entirely relevant... except in a very literal sense. Which is just disturbing.

It'd be my pleasure
I want to get a pendulumn. Pendulumn dowsing doesn't really work when using a pencil [which is what I generally resort to when stuck in multiple choice exams ]. I'd like to get a tarot deck. Which style is it?
Very disturbing... *is desperately humming "Dennis Moore" to self to keep nasty/annoying thoughts at bay*
Sorry...
TeaKay Posted Oct 5, 2004
The tarot deck? I'm not sure. I'm not even sure where it is. It was just one of the random presents that I recieve from my Aunt every year. I always meant to read through the book and learn what everything meant, but my degree kinda got in the way...
It's all part of the great big experience base called life.

Whenever I'm casting anything, I do it with a book at hand. Apart from palmology.. but if I know my services may be called upon I'll generally have a cram revision session
Jeez, I'm fairly sure you could probably do a degree in interpreting I Ching. My favourite thing to use though, all you need is 3 coins and a peice of paper
Some things are simply uncalled for in pleasant company

TeaKay Posted Oct 5, 2004
I'd like to learn more of that stuff... I don't believe that there's anything to it other than probability and subconscious activities of the mind, but it can be a great way of getting answers from yourself for questions you didn't even know you had the answers to.
A certain amount of unpleasant company is needed to fully experience life

A good website for I Ching oddly enough, is www.tarot.com
It can't do it as accurately as I can, but it's still pretty good. I feel very much the same, but tend to treat certain things, like runes, with great care just in case I happen to be very wrong about that.
There's a time and a place....

Lol
I know... I like to keep an open mind. I am of the school that believes there is a scientific explanation for everything. However, I also believe that there is a lot of science we don't yet know.
Yes indeed
