Yeah, I know.... but my dad still scared the s*** out of my sister and I all the time. We were watching some home movies the other day from when I was nearly two years old and my sister was 5 and all my dad was doing was yelling.

I think if he'd had known how much it scared you he would have done it

He did know... mum was always telling him so and we were always running off to cry upstairs. I mean, if our crying didn't tip him off, shouldn't mum telling him what he was doing made him realise? *sighs* Too late to do anything about it now, though... Sorry, I haven't really been in the best mood today.

*shakes head* Nah, when I'm in a bad mood I fear trying to go to sleep because I know I can't and without anything to occupy my mind I am stuck listening to my thoughts, although that'd be better than what I'm listening to now as I have been listening to a song about suicide on repeat for hours. Ah well. Anyway, my brother just got home witha bunch of his friends, so I might disappear, depends if I can wind down my conversations on MSN or not.

Yeah, I left th room soon after I posted that, and am now spending the night at Tara's house, which is good because I didn't really feel like spending the night alone anyway.

is Tara a friend?

Tara is my brother's girlfriend. We (my sibling, some of my brother's friends and I) came here for some dinner which they were calling a barbecue despite the fact that they don't have a barbecue and it was all done inside.... anyway, my sister went home when Sarah went home and I stayed, and Joseph couldn't be bothered taking me home, so I am staying the night.

Ooh... Tara has that song I was listening to earlier on this computer! *puts it on*

Ooh! It's the live version. I don't think my brother has that on his computer!

Although the live version is a little annoying because if I put the track on repeat, I have to listen to them ranting at the audience at the end for a bit before it goes back to the beginning. Ah well... *starts singing*

I never thought I'd die alone. I laughed the loudest, who'd have known? I traced the cord back to the wall. No wonder it was never plugged in at all. I took my time, I hurried up. The choice was mine, I didn't think enough. I'm too depressed to go on, you'll be sorry when I'm gone.

I hope no one comes into this thread and sees me singing that lyrics 'cause they might make fun of me for liking Blink 182. Ah well, I guess that's not important.

Yeah, I know... but still, I get really worried about people making fun of me because of the music I like because I get that kind of s*** so often from everyone. that's how I ended up not being my brother's ex's friend anymore. Because when a group of us were out to lunch she and her mum kept making comments saying how I am freak fo listening to the music I do, and then when I spoke to her on MSN the next time I brought it up to let her know how upset I was by it, in the hope she wouldn't do it again and she started yelling at me about how she only ever spent time with me bcause I am a loser with no friends. I ended up in tears, my brother came home, and needed to speak to her on MSN too, so I went to lie down, while he talked to her on my account and at the end I was asked whether I wanted to block her and I said yes and then we decided I would delete her from my list. My brother deleted her from his list too. And if you're thinking that it's a bit harsh to stop being her friend just because of that, there's a bit more to the story which I would share, but it's not really my thing to share so I shouldn't. *goes back to singing*

I know, but that's what just about everyone I know does. I usually ignore it, but I can't when it comes to the music I likee because my music has helped me so much... I would start ranting about it but I'll sound really foolish and get embarrassed.
