im trying to update my page,no idea what im doing wrong so im hoping you can help me out!
it keeps saying "error in guideML" then in red writing it says"only one top level element is allowed in an XML document"!
Any clues folks?

dont worry about not geting the hang of it right away,
you will get there in the end
the just means that it will put a line across the page there,
dont put any thing OUTSIDE the "GUIDE or BODY"as everything has to be inside them,
have another go and let me know if you have any problems
but it will proberly be tomorrow now as I am signing of till then
