Yes but you can be safe in knolwedge that if you get horribly hurt you don't have to pay a penny for treatment.

Nah, it's only a matter of time before the whole country floods, then we can pay some of the debt back with the national insurance.

I hope you don't live slightly North of Sydney, I have a lot of trees up there and I prefer to stay carbon positive.

Hiya Lady Admiral and Seasons Greetings,
I live 80kms south of Sydney, in the city of Wollongong. It is beautiful, bounded by the sea on the east, and the escarpment on the west. The escarpment is a small "mountain" range, densely forested, and has been up in flames on a few occasions over the years. Frightening, but spectacular!
Anyway, I have a banskia tree just at the backyard fence and there are four or five Rosellas feeding off it just now. My kitten is watching them, tail swishing back and forth. She can't reach them, but I wish I had my camera...
Cheers to you.

What is a Rosella? The only NSWisian bird I know is the Butcher Bird.

Google Rosella, Lorikeet, or just Australian Birds and you will find all sorts of parrots native to Oz. The Supreme Bower Bird is one of the most amazing and can imitate ANY sound....., off to daughters to babysit grandkids for the day!

Hiya Bob and Babette, the birds are quiet here at the moment as we are having a light shower of rain..... Miracles do occur.

Pteradons might have something to say about that matter.

oh.. they can wiggle around a bit like bats, but they're no birds .. and they usually don't have anything to say. Well, certainly nothing worth listening to
