I went to a lovely place in Catford last weekend called Heavenly Bodies with Genie. It's a private house thats been turned into a small bridal studio by a lovely lady called Patricia. I got 2 hours one to one with her trying on all the different dress shapes possible to find the right one for me, then narrowing it down to one dress.

The one we ended up with is stunning (and white!) and actually looks good on me. I'm going back next saturday to try it on again with my bridesmaid (Genie is best woman of honour ) order it officially I'm very excited.

Have ordered a lovely bridesmaid dress for Carole too, should come tomorrow and am off tuesday to BHS and Denehams with my 3 year old flower girl to get her dress and tiara thingys for both her and Carole.. getting quite organised now

Went dress shopping for my little flower girl today instead of tuesday as we wouldn't be back in time for school then, damn kids and got her a really gorgeous dress from BHS and a matching tiara band . That'll have to be it for this months wedding spending I think

How is everyone else? have missed you all lately!

We are doing okay.. VV is still living with us. She's like having a teenager in the house again!

Getting our marriage liscences and booking the bouquet, girls posies and boys button holes is next on the list. I really want calla lillies and purple roses but not sure how they'll go together
