So, up to anything tonight? I'm still trying to decide when I've enough energy to wash up in the kitchen and think about dinner

I'm feeling quite tired, and just beginning to feel a bit hungr, perhaps I should make dinner now before I fall asleep

As long as you don't start wearing socks with sandals and growing a strangely weird straggly beard...

I use my course I'm on at the moment to combat it!; fried breckfast of eggs sausage bacon black pudding toast hash browns and other stuff helps keep me on the 'Straight and narrow path' of carnivores

Excellent! Keep those "vegetables" off the plate!
You hear so much about the Govt's advice on eating 5 different fruit'n'veg per day...I say we start a campaign to eat 5 different meat products per day!
Breakfast: fried, including bacon & sausage (2 portions)
Lunch: healthy sandwich of some description (chicken, turkey, ham, beef...)
Afternoon tea: peperami (it's a bit of an animal, appaently. I hesitate to think which bit )
Dinner: a nice, healthy steak or similar. With some of those vegetarian-option thingies (I believe they're known as "chips").
