Yup! H2G2 takes it to the limit, then defines and repositions it!

I would never have known about belms but for this wonderful venue, and the onomatopoeia is truly awesome. Scanning back to your panic episodes, two things come to mind. First is, try carrying some Bach Flower "Rescue Remedy" with you, and forget instructions,just skoosh a bit under your tongue. Maybe its just the brandy in it, but whatever it is, it certainly puts you back together if you're feeling wobbly. Also, there's an acupressure point mid-way between top lip and nose partition, and when you find it you'l notice the same pulling together feeling occurring. Hope that's useful. Its at least as useful as a belm, I would imagine, in the right context!

Just letting you know, I'm afraid she's back in hospital again with with a chest infection. She's been in there since Thursday, but is now finally on mend.

She hopes everyone had merry Yule/Christmas/Bobmas/Nighthoover night and has an even merrier new year.

Bach Rescue Remedy *does* seem to help for me, though whteher it's placebo effect or the minute quantities of brandy or what, i dunno.

However, having met Placebo "in the flesh", i reckon if the drummer were to accompany me everywhere & swear undying love, i would be fine.

Ah...he seems to have quit the band & is presumably en route to me...

Sorry to have been so quiet but i only got out of hospital last night! i waited for the dr to say i was ok to go and got nearly a full two weeks in! the hospital i was in has the old tv service with no net access and ged has been a bit forgetful with keeping you all updated isee
