having a wee competition with Ged to see who can drop a stone the fastest 
my terrible back trouble has now spread to my knees
we went down to the sweeps festival in Rochester on sunday to see Geds mum n her group dancing, a lovely day out, but by the time we got back I could hardly walk my knee was so sore! same with monday 
Ged n Josh returned from the fair i had to miss with piglet frm winnie the pooh fo me though 
I really fancy some chips

Been to croydon to exchange an unwanted pressie (swapped a beginner's tarot book for one on psychic development) and was bad n had a mc donalds!
maybe with my book though i can improvemy psychic side and make a living reading tarot cards like a lady i know does

BEG says smoothies are the way to go. Mmmm yummy smoothie. Grab five pieceds of fruit and some icecubes, whizz em up in the whizzer and drink it. Yummy yummy.
