Cabbages & kings
I'm new to h2g2, but gather (so far) that this Personal Space is a bit like having a little website. Not knowing yet what I might be any help with, some things I like doing are;
Art, including illustrating (was sidetracked until now by running businesses etc).
Writing, mostly non-fiction. Articles, talks, and longer things. One is memoirs, with pen drawings, of growing up in Notting Hill (postwar to sixties), sixties London art school, and later escapades. Another subject is wild plants (UK and/or Irish) and their old & new uses, lore, names etc. I have lots of notes, arranged by plant name, so could supply some info about any plant that I know to have any use (which is quite a lot of them). When it's all in a database, I'll be able to pull out particular uses etc; but meanwhile I can remember some. I'm aiming to do (& illustrate) books on the subject, and a few articles have been published so far (with pen drawings).
Gardening, & garden design, especially with low-maintenance plants (and, lately, in exposed sites!)
Various other designing, including suggesting colour scemes to people who want ideas (especially if they don't like beige, and have minimalist tendencies)
Editing (spelling, grammar, clarity etc)
Helping people with computers, troubleshooting etc; not exactly in Computer Guru league, but at a deeper level than the average modern user needs to be. I became an enthusiast in the 1980s (Dos, 20 megabyte hard disk, 5 1/4" floppies - those were the days!). I was only able to upgrade from all that about a year ago, but a surprising amount of the old stuff is still useful.

Finding plain English ways of describing things.
I'll probably want to rewrite this stuff when I get to know h2g2 a bit. But, as a Londoner now living in rural Ireland, I'm feeling less cut off already!
