I did pledge to write some (was it 5?) new Entries once hootoo had moved, so I suppose I'd better work on it.

I quite fancy something on cricket, will need to check the Guide, but something about 'ways you can be out in cricket' would appeal. Hmmm, there's already something on the LBW law, so perhaps I will need to re-think.

'How To Use Apostrophes Correctly'. OK, this HAS been done, and by some upstart called Uncle Heavy moreover. Will have to think of something new here. Any suggestions?

I seem to have become quite a board game obsessive over the last few years, so I will probably write something about Settlers Of Catan and how it triggered interest in designer board games. This is still good writing territory.

Perhaps a theatre-y one in the style of the great Michael Green and his 'Coarse Acting' series. I will probably attack this one first.

Having not long ago been on a cider-tasting course, I feel qualified to write one about that. Might have to fight off Rich, though. This is a goer; if I can Rich on board, all the better.

I'm posting links to s2g2 where relevant. S2g2 does have some nice features I'll miss. So what does happen to s2g2 when h2g2 is all nominal?

Not necessarily. Every time I try to add a suffix I get a page full of really nasty bug code. There's still a lot of BBC buggage to be blatted.

Are you sure you're going into the settings? The preferences don't work any more. I went into the settings twice today and didn't have any problems at all. Maybe I was just lucky then? Twice?

Are you in the right (and only) skin? (ie brunel)?

Yes, that's a bug. It's either the info page, or make do with the first page of your conversation list.
