Pulling Other Researchers: Part II

Maybe if you hadn't have to go Zak hunting...

It's a complete coincidence of course but in the restaurant last night I got all confused and order duck for starter and for main course.

I got confused - it was because all the dishes had complex indian names (not a tikka masala or a rojan josh in sight).

*shakes head* I can only cope in Italian. If I ever eat something with foreign names, I tend to look blank until someone offers to explain. Thankfully they generally do.

Italian?? Where on earth did that come from. I mean English, only I've just come out of an Italian lecture . I must have it on the brain.

Abi Posted Jan 30, 2003
But with regard to which Researchers I want to pull... do I really only get two choices?
Pulling Other Researchers: Part II
Vip Posted Jan 30, 2003
Maybe we should all make a list. Maybe a joint list, we can all pool in on the names.
I know *one* that's on your list, Abi (and mine)!

Think logically. This person has to be on both Abi and my lists. Therefore it can't be me.
At least, that was how I interpreted your post- how else could I have done?

Abi Posted Jan 30, 2003
Well naturally doesn't everyone want to pull VIP?
And naturally I would want to pull IanG even if I wasn't going out with him.

Pastey Posted Jan 30, 2003
That was me saying "Vip, who do you want on your list?"
Can't quite get the hang of inflection in type.

Vip Posted Jan 30, 2003
Hmm.
It can't be someone I've actually pulled, apparently.
Well, Abi, KerrAvon, Nexus7, Ekki... um... there the instant thoughts. My trouble is, I think my list of people I *wouldn't* would be a hell of a lot shorter.

Pastey Posted Jan 30, 2003
Strange as it may sound, but I don't think that I'd have anyone to put on my list, if I were to make a list that is.
Pulling Other Researchers: Part II
Vip Posted Jan 30, 2003
I guess it's not something you think about, just *happens*?

Abi Posted Jan 30, 2003
From what you were up to on Saturday night I agree.
I think the term 'ravished' is a bit more appropriate!
