Well try looking for New Carolina, we changed its name what with the hostilities with American forces after we invaded it, easily, despite that plague that ramages the planet and anyone without nannities with the correct frequency goes mad, other than that, quite easily!

not on Earth, or atleast not as a weapon, it might be a "made" particle in an atom smasher for a nano second or so, but not usefull except for studeing.
