Oooo controversial...
So all of Europe will be involved in a war with America??..
I dunno... it seems kinda WAY out there... as England are Americas bum-chums... so it seems likely that England will aid America if that happens...
And well... Germany/Russia/France/etc will be the evil axis...
But what about the far east??... Japan... what will they do??... what will Korea do??... China??...
It's all a mess...

Nah. And the approximate time for an ICBM to cross the earth is 30 minutes but the war is technichally over when one side is obliterated and it starts when the first side declares war. So the war could be over within 16 minutes.
