How do I decide which one to use, Lady Scott?

It depends on which kind of beans I want to put in. Will it be dark kidney beans? Cannellini? Garbanzos?

Will it be meatless? If not, what kind of meat will be added?

Do I want it with cabbage or without?

Do I want to add zucchini or not?

There are lots of differences among the recipes. Even the spices come into play. Usually I add garlic, sage, basil, and parsley, except when I'm making the recipe that calls for Worcestershire sauce.

Okay, okay, I can see that you're starting to smiley - cdouble

We epicures have many, many hard decisions to make when we go into the kitchen. smiley - erm

I just want to know what to make, and as long as I have all the ingredients on hand, ready to go, and I'll do it!
