The way I look at it, you've got the strength to do all those lifts - nothing at all to be ashamed of.

I only jest here...I wasn't ashamed then and I am not now...but I do find when people here that you have done one thing or another they put you in a certain catagory...I don't want to be put in a catagory by things I have done in my past...but by my actions now if you get what I am saying....

Yeah... but we have no real excuse - with internet access and a good search engine, we can look up anything we don't already know.
