Click on the "Edit Page" button on your space.

Down at the bottom should be an option to swap from plain-text into GuideML.

Select guidemL and click the "change style" button.

The text-edit window should now appear along with the following:

I've taken the liberty of coding up your page for you into GuideML

Hello.

Hi and welcome to the small corner of h2g2 that I call home

Hi! my name is Kaz, and I am most definitely an Earthling, (but some days I do feel like I should belong on a small planet near Betelguese) one of many h2g2 researchers and 'Thingite Musical Trivia Anorak- Follower of Richard Marx-ism.'

I'm currently trying to jazz up this page, but it involves me learning some Guide ML, Which Clive the Flying Ostrich is helping me with, and it should be sorted soon, but in the meantime, please bear with me. Thanks.

Yes, here, have some tea or maybe coffee and here's how I got into Hitchhikers and found my way here:

I first became interested in The Hitchhikers Guide about 5 years ago when I took a copy of Mostly Harmless to school to read in my English lessons.
However, it proved a problem: Although I enjoyed the book I found it difficult to follow the plot, having not read the others at all, let alone in the right order!

So, intrigued, I ventured to our local library, where I took out The Guide.
I was hooked from then on, and read the rest.
But, they weren't my own copies, so I had to have that miraculous power of remembering where I had left off from the last one! I am sure others know what I am talking about.

Eventually I decided that enough was enough and I went out and bought the series. I am now the proud owner of the Omnibus Edition (including Mostly Harmless of course!) and it takes pride of place on my bookshelf (quite right too! I hear you cry).

Besides Hitchhikers and Dirk Gently, I am also into music, (as you can probably tell from the Thingite title) and am a big fan of people like Sting and Richard Marx (will add the links later, I promise!)

Kaz.
