Oh bleh. I know what those words mean, so I'm going to try and keep my reply down to monosyllables. Though I'm failing already

Yeah, 'going' and 'reply' weren't too bad, but 'monosyllables' really ruined it Sorry, I'm reading 'David Copperfield' by Charles Dickens at the moment, and if you know it at all, then I always end up speaking like Mr. Micawber

I don't know it, but I can imagine *laughs* I tend to do things like that too. Oft I'll slip into a rather archaic way of speaking and drown my words in anachronisms. And real big words *G*

I've just finished watching "Clockwork Orange"... I should be glad that movies don't have the same affect on me as books do

Yays. I've never seen that movie, though I want to. And I want to read the book...but I'm reading Stephen Donaldson's Thomas Covenant series at the moment.
Leper outcast unclean.

It was one of a very few DVD titles at my local independant video store, so I rented it, just to see what it was like. Watching it, I realised that for all the controversy, all the talk of the violence and whatever, I'd never heard anything about what the plot was...

I've read a synopsis of it, but I couldn't tell you what it was about, bar that he goes around beating people to classical music before someone fries his brain. Lovely cheery movie that.
We don't rent DVDs much. My roomie's got overdue fees from last time *snickx*

*chuckles* We've got a fair few anyways. I just watch the same things over and over again. Gotta love Hannibal and the Aliens movies. All of them *G*

I'm only just getting everything set up, so I'm just testing things at the moment... waiting until I get WinXP installed and my surround-sound speakers delivered

Ooh? J00 have a DVD ROM? I've just got a pissy ole palsonic DVD player that's hooked up to my pissy ole Palsonic TV *chuckles* It does the job but, and it's all mine.

I do... I'd direct you to the two places where I've listed all of the specs of my newly-built computer, but I'm too busy being all hurt that you haven't seen it already

Sierra Indigo - now Cheesecakethulhu flavoured Posted Mar 9, 2002
I'll pout adorably at you! *sniggles* I'll find it anyways....but computer specs don't mean much to me. All I know is that they go, and when they stop going if they don't start again when I hit them, it's time to bring in professional help *G*

I think the correct term is "Percussive Maintenence". ie, if it doesn't work, hit it hard enough and something will happen

Oh psha. If it falls apart then it was shoddily built in the first place. I demand my hardware be capable of supporting much abusage *G*

Tish, psha, nonsense. *grins* Archaic wordforms and non-english grammatical constructs aside, just because I have a habit of making up the odd word or two.... Or six. *snickers*

You're talking to the right guy when it comes to making up words... a while ago I made up 'frinklehedron' describing a new shape I'd also invented (as you do, you know ), and which are usually purple. For a tutorial last year, we were just doing those stupid get-to-know-each-other things, one of which was going around in a circle, saying the first that came into your head in relation to the word the previous person said... the person next to me happened to say 'purple', so I of course said 'frinklehedron'... the next person was rather flummoxed
