l guess l'm not that smart l don't take anything when l have a cold. l let nature take it's course. And they take about the same time to get over. now if l had some antibiotics. They do help, l've had them stop a cold before it got started good. l do take Echincea & Goldenseal herbs, they help. The Echinacea is good for the imune system,and the Goldenseal helps flush the impurities from your body. Or so they say.
