Go Patriots!

I am not one to appreciate (American) football, but that...that was beautiful! 7 seconds on the clock, tied score, the Patriots make a field goal at zero seconds. As the commentator said (paraphrased), "This is the way to win a Superbowl." smiley - wow

One more day...

Tomorrow is the big day! DNA looks incredibly smiley - cool. Nicely, the downtime, Geena, is at 5am tomorrow morning here. Unfortunately, that means I'll be at school when it's first online. I hate h2g2ing from school. The screens format the pages all wrong, and the lovely blue goo looks far too dark on some computers. Ah, well, patience is a virtue, they say.

*looks out the window*

Wow, the weather is so nice! Yesterday it got up to above 50F. Last night I had to get something outside and it wasn't worth putting on a jacket. Now *this* is winter!

Just finishing a lovely cup of smiley - tea. I have so much work to do today; it's a good thing I don't have much backlog. Tonight I get to see Vira again. Yay!

Done!

Exams are all done! Quite painlessly, actually. I was surprized. Yesterday I took the math exam in the morning, then Vira and I went off to my house and had a wonderful lunch: lo mein and bagels with tea. smiley - smiley

Today is Vira's birthday! Happy birthday, Vira! Going to her party later. For now, I have a smiley - headhurts. There, I just took a couple headache pills. Feels better already. Gotta love the placebo effect.

It's an overnight party, and I'll be busy tomorrow, so I probably won't be back on until Sunday. I still have to memorize a poem for English (from last semester) and work on my lines. I'll find time. I gotta go take a shower, though, and then par-tay!

...did I actually just write that?

*looks up a few lines*

Yeah. Oh, well.

All right! Exams! Yeah!

Ok, the enthusiasm thing isn't working. I guess I'll just push through it. I got all of my English done (this was, of course, impossible), and I already finished my math off (this was, of course, impossible), and got all my back math assignments in (this was, of course, impossible). I think after exams I'll finish it off with a trip to Milliways.

Exams shouldn't be too bad, though. Tomorrow is English first (ugh!), then French (groan, but not "ugh!"). Then Math the next day, and then freedom. I get to see Vira for the whole afternoon! It's been so long since we've seen each other outside of school. I can't believe some people don't see the difference.

Well, just two more days...then Vira, the band, and my lines for Macbeth (gulp). But *freedom*, sweet freedom. Until then...
