Some of the more polite nicknames I've received have been
'Universal Daddy', 'Bicycle Repairman' & 'HBD'. Recently the added facial growth has spawned some new ones such as 'Waco Darc'. It's probably a side-effect of building a single-speed bike ;-)
On usenet & other forums I tend to stick to DaRC I find having multiple net personalities just too schizophrenic 
Oh yeah I'm also a Heathen Bard of the OBOD
