No reason- this is me just being paranoid!
It's been stressful for me this week- I'm not sure what's going to happen with my project, my grades have slipped, I've got two exams coming up, and when I visited home this weekend, my mom was washing out her red union sweatshirts. They've got one more chance for negotiations, and then the teachers will be walking the picket lines.
I don't know- think I read about this in a magazine article once- men have "fight or flight" reactions, women have "tend and befriend." I think I'm just tending!

It's been a rough time all round.. you concentrate on getting your grades back upto scratch.

I know! Like I said, just being paranoid! I know you and Cal will be alright- you are both very tough people, and I mean that as a compliment!
In my heart, I know that Mom's going to be OK- she's just a few months away from retirement, and with all the sick days she's accumulated, she probably wouldn't even have to show up for all of the work days. She bought a really nice embroidery machine where she can make her own patterns, and I would like to see her set up a little buisiness around it! She will be OK!
Just wish I could convince my head...

You are knocking yourself out with things that aren't your immediate concern... your mum will be okay!... Yes Cal and I are tough!.. He dragged me back on Thursday night, I was only going to think about it over the weekend, as long as he returned with me... Then when I was squiffy he put be back!
