I worked for a French firm for four years...happy times, happy times (back when I was young, and didn't frighten horses too much!)

I don't type in French that much. Every now and then I do need the accent marks and either use the character map or switch my keyboard settings.
Were you in France for those four years or was the French firm elsewhere?
