Amy: ear-deep in novels, poetics, and historical documents.

Hi and welcome to h2g2! My name is Amy and I'm an ACE, or assistant community editor, here at the Guide. We ACEs flit around from space to space welcoming new researchers ("newbies") and helping the community as need be. One of the ways we do this is by posting links upon links. In order to make this easier, I made a list of links here:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A577758

The social aspect of things here is probably one of my favorite things about h2g2-- there's a club for everyone! My user space, which you can get to by clicking on my name above, has a list of all the clubs and societies I'm a part of, some of which you may be interested in. If there's anything you need, don't hesistate to let me know. Hope you enjoy your time here at the Guide! smiley - biggrin

Hi there, Amy, ACE, Keeper of Wolves, Muse of Procrastinating Novelists, High Priestess of Thing:

I have a little question that you might be able to answer. I'd like to know if it is acceptable to say bullshit without the astericks.

Well, the moderators haven't caught it yet. That doesn't mean it won't get astriked out. Basically, the best way to be sure you're not moderated is to not swear at all-- or astrick it to begin with. Sorry. smiley - erm

Oh, and you can just call me Amy. smiley - smiley

Amy Pawloski, aka 'paper lady'--'Mufflewhump'?!? click here to find out... (ACE)

Hi Presently! Just thought I'd confuse you with another Amy smiley - winkeye

Easiest way to keep us straight is to type Amy+ for her...

BTW, Amy+, you don't either have *every* society you're a member of on your space--you make no mention of the Amys! And you one of the first (founding) members...*shakes head and clucks tongue*smiley - winkeye OK, so there's only four of us...

Presently--Have a mufflewhump as a welcomingsmiley - gift...(To learn what you've just been given, go to my space--the definition is on the bottom.)

Hope this clears it up smiley - biggrin
