Eeeeek!
The joys of buying a house eh? We had just signed our contract and were ready to exchange when the guy selling the house to us said he had had to pull out of his own buying situation. it turns out that the chap selling that house to him suddenly asked for more money so he withdrew the offer. We still have the house (the people have to sell) and no one has asked for more money (yet, good: because we'd have to withdraw) but we will now have to wait another couple of months to see if he can find something he can afford to move in to with his family.

At Last...

Yesterday, my husband got a job! He's just finished his PhD and is now about to enter the working world again...phew!
We're most pleased and a move is on the cards! Get out of Portsmouth - hurrah!

Planned holiday time

Ok then, as I am away from work from the 21st of December (2001, 12.30 pm) until the 3rd January 2002 (9 am) I won't be able to answer any messages in that time. If you have a help type query or what-have-you email me on [email protected] where I shall try and answer or ask another person! Alternatively, leave a message on me personal space and I shall get back to you on the 3rd.
Reason being, I only have internet access at work. Not at work, no contact! Now I have a homecomputer I'm hoping to get email/internet access sorted but this probably won't be until late Jan due to marvellous tight finances.
Make the most of me until next Fri!

we now have a home computer! To celebrate I played PiInball a lot on it. Weeeee!
Hopefully, we will be getting on-line over the coming weeks so I can do more stuff at home. Hurrah! Oh, everyday is a celebration.

Well, since I last wrote I have been made a full Muse of Feely Materials and have spent far too much time in Bar Bacchus! Also, at the weekend I became an ACE which is cool! But a little daunting. Still, everyone looks friendly enough.
Saw Brian May at the Muse gig the other night. He made his way past us in the crowd. Brian!!!!
Erm, that's it for nooooo.
Off to town again.
