South Park was terrible, last time I watched it somebody lost his head because of a lost shoe ... Or was that snipet in the Bowling for Columbine the last time I watched it?

No. It was south park. Somebody was dancing and their shoe flew off and hit the light rigging and caused it to crash on some lot of people.
