I think it's something to do with them thinking they're French, when in fact they're subjects of Her Majesty The Duke of Normandy.

Personally I think they should be told to speak speak English, we didn't fight and win the Indian Wars to have people speaking French at us. Especialy not subjects of HM Queen. Actually did you know that Tory leader David Cameron probably has a stronger claim to the throne than HM Queen? Apparently he's a direct decendent of William IV, where as the last Hanoverian king the Queen is a decendent of is William's father George III... The mad one who talked to trees.
