I can't believe it! Went into college nice and early, looking forward to my course, and I get told that the course starts next week! And we got sent letters! What a load of crap, I didn't get a letter! Never mind, I got to meet the course tutor and I did a numeracy/English test, it was like being back at school.

Just found out I've been accepted into college to do communication and media, woo hoo! Funnily enough, I think I just got in because when one of the interviewers asked me what was the best programme to come out of Radio 4, I mentioned Hitchikers; he seemed well pleased I knew of it too....

As I was walking along Princes Street today on my way to w**k, two jetstreams had formed the St Andrew's Cross over Edinburgh Castle. It was really pretty; I wonder if anyone else saw that this morning, it made me come over all Braveheart and patriotic
