I don't, unfortunately.
Wish I did tho.
Aaaaanyway. So have you seen Episode II as yet? It's guuuuddd....
I have only one thing to say to you...
Mr. Legion Posted May 24, 2002
I have. Rush back to your Post article conversation for my opinion. If you haven't already. 'Guuuud' doesn't *begin* to describe it
Did you think it was too long? A lot of reviews I read before going (bad idea, I know) said it was overlong and turgid. Me, I'd have felt cheated if it had been any shorter - with only one Star Wars fix every three years or so, you want to make the effect last.
One quibble: in the scene in the Jedi archives, when Obi Wan is trying to locate that planet, he refers to it as being ***south*** of another solar system. South! In space! I'm no rocket scientist, but that nearly had me rolling on the floor. Also, my sister maintains that in the scene where Anakin floats the chopped pear slice over to Padme and she bites it, you can clearly see there's no bite mark, cause the pear was CG.
None of these detract from the film, of course, it's just great fun spotting them. I'd forgive George Lucas anything for giving Natalie Portman that instant (and painful) bellytop.

If you haven't already been, here's the Star Wars Name Generator. Is funny. http://www.savecurtis.com/swname/

I am most certainly on my way.
Hey, before I forget, where have you been? The Tolkien thread has been a bit too quiet without you. And we need our wizard, you know that.

It had this to say about my name:
Your Star Wars name is: Ashfa Nairv
Your Star Wars honorific name is: Remnova of Synthroid
I think it's quite inttersing. Don't you?

Fascinating
I think my one was Briwa Mokil, Ecacitroen of Panadol. Better than being a, well, you know...with the anus...
I haven't been around all that much 'cause end-of-year exams have meant I've actually had to start working. This is a terrible thing. To catch up on nine months work in two weeks, well, it messed up my carefully laid-out dossing routine. C'est la vie. Or, as we say in German, Das ist Lebe. Possibly.
Maybe I'll swing by the Tolkien thread now and gift them with a little of my pipe-smoke.
BTW, here's another site, a bit like the Book-a-minute but for movies.

Be warned: there is an abridged version of LOTR which is not complimentary to Orlando Bloom.

*falls off her chair laughing, rolls on the floor, complains about her stomach hurting from too much laughing*
Actually, it wasn't very complimentary to anyone, wasit...? *wipes away tears which have acctumulated in and under her eyes, from laughing so hard*
My favourite bit was the bit in the begining about NORTH. Ahhhh... Funny stuff.
You link me, I link you:

I've actually been to rathergood before, but never seen that one. My favourite is their illustrated poems, like the one on the benefits of cannibalism for your hair.
The vicious cycle of linking continues.

You may have seen this before, as I found it on someone's Personal Space and I've had it on my favourites ever since. Kebab King? Singing pixellated rabbits? Sound familiar? This almost made me want to learn Swedish.

Ahhhh!
That was great! I wanna shirt with the pixilated on it! I think I'll have one made. yesh, yesh I shall.
Here's a linky for you... (since that seems to be what we've been at for the last... how many posts is that now?)

(Oh, and for the record, yes, I know you're a male, at least I am marginally sure that you are, but this is still funny as all and you ought to do it.)

Hmmm, mysterious. Since the moderators removed it, it's obviously filthy funny...but what could it be? My email is [email protected]
Send it on to me! Censorship only makes me more determined to know what it is. to stuffy moderators!
...although seriously they do a very good and necessary job, etc etc, yadayada...
And yes, I am male. However did you guess? Was it that remark about Natalie Portman's bellytop? Or possibly the big 'MR' in front of my name? I believe I have a little note explaining that on my Personal Space.
Key: Complain about this post
