This is me!
Hi Everybody,
Am new to this maze as you might have already gathered.Posting things in the wrong place and then not being able to remove them ...arrrrrrgh,but I hope to improve and one day be like the rest of you.
I came to writing by doing book reviews for medical and nursing books and then started dabbling in a bit of writing.I write a column on a website called www.asiansinmedia.org
And I too write about the universe, the fish and everything.Looking for meaning where there is none and things like that.
I love reading, gardening, cooking(and of course eating)and meeting people and looooove discussions. Hence my love of radio phone-ins and listening to differing points of views. people come in all shapes and sizes, and have all kinds of beliefs and it is just fun getting involved.
Am hoping i will meet lots of like minded people here and we will be able to exchange differing points of views and give each other support,constructive criticism, and just chat to each other.
As I have said in my personal space,am just now reading a book on writing by Stephen King (of the Shining,Carrie, and Misery fame)and his simple and straight forward advise on writing is great , I wish it was that easy to be as succesful as he is.
Am struggling to find my way here,and by the way;in the guidelines it says "no spitting",I know am thick but WHAT is "spitting"?
