I'm afraid I don't know anyone called Sonic, apart from that hedgehog in the Sega games of course.

Fred Sonic Smith was in the legendary Detroit rock band MC5, possibly a guitarist, i don't really know, and was husband to singer Patti Smith. And would be an ultimately cool person to pass yourself off as - not too famous, but infamous, and dripping with kudos. I can't believe that you're called Fred Smith and never heard of him, and what with you being in showbiz too.
