I have received a message at the Ministry about Disciples not using their correct Disciple number 
The connection leads to you, although I don't have the time to check out all the conversations at the Black Hole Escape Comittee to verify
Now according to The Task you should be alerting other Disciples and myself to the use of the word BLACK by non Ministry researchers
Have you been failing to do this?

There's nothing to stop any researcher using the BLACK word. Only if we find out, we do something about it
