Hi! I am MiniMy...
Mini in name and mini in size...
Do not ask me about Maths or computers as they muddle my mind...
I tend to add ellipses at the end of all my sentences...
and "mini'ness'" is just a state of mind...
don't worry about me. Just feeling like rambling today1.
Some stuff about me...
Music
Cheesy pop music I can bop along too, musicals of any shape and form (sometimes I wish that life was a musical and we would all break out in song in the street 2), certain operas (the lighter ones).
Books
I can always be found with one. Favourite authors probably include: JRR Tolkein, Jane Austen, Julian Barnes.
Other things
I took up knitting on a whim one summer because I had nothing much to do. With a couple of books and the trusty internet, I have become a somewhat ok-ish knitter.
Taken up origami. I don't particularly like folding animals, but I love geometric shapes so currently my room is cluttered with many boxes and models.
Parents have made me take up the cello again so it is sore fingers all over again until I get used to it again.
I collect the little things: stamps, poetry, bookmarks...
