Posting a little early tonight--I've not even had my afternoon/evening go-round of the journals yet!

It's date night again, and we're going to go watch the Hunger Games as a belated birthday celebration for Tom. Since R can't get here until about an hour before the movie starts, dinner will likely be fast food, or maybe just quick food if we decide to try Sushi Q, which is just a couple doors down from the theater. (I didn't notice the pun in the name until I'd spent days in the fireworks booth--sitting in the booth, the sign out on the street is about the only thing in view. I'd just thought it was a strange name for a Japanese restaurant. Either that, or the "pun" is all in my head--that year was the freezing year, and my brain does weird things when I'm cold and bored for hours and can't do anything about it.)

Restaurants and beauty salons seem to have special fondness for cute, witty names. I enjoyed a chicken fast-food place that was called Poultry in Motion.
