I've got a bit of a cold at the mo, but it didn't stop me going down the gym today and having a good work-out. I managed to run for 20 minutes on the treadmill, which doesn't sound like much, but it's the first "Run" I've had for two or three years. I'm much more of a cyclist you see. I found that my calves needed a good stretch after - they were getting rather tight.

*wonders if I should start a campaign for a masseuse smiley>

i love cycling! i cycle lots

Went out on my bike yesterday, which was great. Unfortunately I did the old - shoot off down the road at speed, thinking things were great, only to turn the corner and be met with quite a stiff breeze in the face which had been on the back. That seperates the men from the boys....

Cold is better now thanks, still a little snotty, but a sit in the steam room at the gym helps clear the tubes a little

Either make your own site and include them on that, or go to someone like Fotango, who will host them for you. I used to have a Fotango account, but I can't remember the login, maybe I'll have to drop them an e-mail

what are you up to at the mo?

I'm at w**k. I've sorted two of the three machines for further training, which is now ongoing. The thing about this job is.... as long as I'm sat doing very little, the machines are making revenue for the company - or what?
